It can do turning, boring, facing and grooving and also threading. Then the next operation is to do the Chamfering at the cut end. Same Cutting and Chamfering operations are performed at other side of the bar end. After cutting and Chamfering of the bars, the bars are collected in the soft cradle which is the final stage of the process. It will be bundled there and taken out of machine sent to dispatch area with the help of crane. This Cutting and Chamfering machine is used in Blooming Mill. After the straightening of the bars, these Cutting and Chamfering operations are done.
