We are thrilled to introduce the IYALIA Mould Insert Tapping Machine, a state-of-the-art, high-speed tapping solution designed for maximum efficiency. This fully automatic machine boasts a rapid 3-second cycle time, making it one of the fastest production options. The machine's innovative design includes a bowl feeder system for automatic part feeding and a vibration mechanism for seamless component movement to the next stage.
The Tapping machine has servo controls, ensuring precise up-and-down movement and spindle rotation for an accurate pitch control system. Its tapping spindle operates at 3000 RPM, with a tapping approach that takes just 1 second, followed by 1 second for tapping and 1 second for releasing and clamping the next part. A dedicated coolant system supports fast thread formation to ensure efficient cooling of cutting tools.
In the event of a thread formation issue, the machine is customized to halt production, allowing for quick problem identification with sensors. Additionally, in cases of power failure, the machine spindle stops to prevent any production inconsistencies.
Furthermore, the IYALIA Mould Insert Tapping Machine has a built-in quality control mechanism. In the event of power failure, the following two parts are diverted to a separate bin for inspection by the quality control team before being released for further processing. This ensures that only high-quality, threaded parts are included in the production line, minimizing rejection rates.
In summary, the IYALIA Mould Insert Tapping Machine is a cutting-edge solution that offers the following benefits:
- Fastest production rate
- Fully automatic operation
- Enhanced quality control to minimize rejection rates
