Submersible Pump Shaft KEYWAY Milling
We, Iyalia, are located in Coimbatore, HUB of Submersible Pump Manufacturing. We accepted a "MAKING THEIR LIFE EASIER" challenge by designing a machine for Keyway Milling Submersible PUMP CENTRE Shafts where quality is 100% and ZERO Rejection.
Centre Shaft has Two Keyways on 180Deg of shaft width from 3 mm and goes on as per the shaft Dia. The Shaft Dia and the length can vary from 300 to 3000mm. Production must be quick and consistent, without any significant human resources involved.
Production output will be 700 to 1000 mm/minute. with the minimum workforce.
