The Quadra Pro 30 is equipped with 4 synchronized spindles that perform U Drilling operations on 4 parts simultaneously. Each spindle is driven by an independent AC motor, with precision feed handled by a servo motor, and parts are secured firmly using hydraulic clamping.

Material Flexibility: Works on SS, MS, and various steel grades.
Part Size: Suitable for diameters up to 200 mm and lengths between 200 mm and 400 mm.
Drilling Capacity: U Drilling up to 30 mm diameter on all 4 components at once.
Cycle Time: Approx. 1 second per mm depth, delivering rapid, repeatable output.

The pitch is fixed, but OD adjustment is possible to accommodate different drilling tool diameters, providing customization within a fixed structure. U Drilling tools are used, ensuring higher material removal rates and extended tool life.
