Mould Inserts Tapping machine
Bars are procured and put in Traub machine and do the Drilling and OD Knurling or just Cut to length. There are 2 types of inserts, 1st one is through hole and the 2nd one is blind hole.
These operations are done in traub approx 200 to 300 parts /hour, but they run 2 to 5 machine to fulfill this production requirement.
However the component it can be the parts Tapping is a big challenge because the parts are cut into piece and then to do the tap in the individual piece is challenging.
It can be done manually putting each piece in the machine or by automatic nut tapping machine.
Our Nut tapping machine is fully automatic, just put it in the Bowl feeder, further all the operations is done automatically.
this machine can produce approximately 20 parts / minute. However you can calculate the number of working hours in a day as per your requirement of Mould Insert Tapping machine.
