Hot Forging and Cold Forging are the ways to make the parts unshape from the Inside Out. A small unshaped part can be made of Cold Forging; as the part weight and size increase, the Hot Forging process is done.
Hot Forging needs the exact weight of the billet and an entry chamfering. Iyalia Billet Chamfering and Weight inspection machine for the Hot Forging industry can do chamfering up to 100mm and a length of 150mm, and weight can be monitored. Cycle time will be 7 to 10 seconds. Less weight and excess weight parts can be separated with a line, and only the exact parts will end up going to the Hot Forging machine.
