Many Tubes are being Joint together for further operation, so the Facing of the Tube and Chamfering operation are most important factor to decide the accuracy and in case of the tube is used in any liquid transfer, then the facing and Chamfering has to be very precise with in the tolerance. The Tubes may be different material Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Aluminium or any other material, we need to change the feed and the RPM of the Facing and Chamfering head, which will give the best results of the machine output.
Tube clamps are specially designed with a proper chaeck to see the Tube should not unshape due to clamping pressure. Normally clamping is done with Hydraulic pressure. Clamps are designed to be perfectly fixed in the centre line between workpiece and the part
