Facing and Chamfering machine
Iyalia Chamfering machines are made in India, easy for operations like Facing and Chamfering for Round bars, Square / RCM bars. It may be ferrous or non-ferrous material raw bars or peeled bars.
Automatic chamfering is done by putting all the component in the fixture in chute, and the parts comes automatically to the machine holding fixture. Chamfering tools are fixed in the machine Spindle which will move horizontally equipped with Rotary chamfering and facing tools will do its job by Facing and Chamfering the end of the bar.
The servo controls of the machine with HMI display, from where you can control the depth of the facing and chamfering and the size are also adjustable. We can also change the angle of the bevel.
