'Con Rod' CAP Boring machine
CON ROD normally called Connecting rod is consist 2 major parts connected with screws and then finally bored together.
But initially you need a machine to do pre-boring the CAP. This has to be done in a way to that the bore is in the center with the reference of the casting. The casting heat changes from 1 to another, the casting size and shape changes. All this has to be taken care by the Fixture design. sometimes the small protrusion of casting of 1mm will also create a huge difference.
