Our CNC Lathe Mahcine has 4 Spinldes, where you can machine 4 components at a time. There you can do Turning, Boring, Facing and also you can do Threading Operation.
There will be linear Toolings, which works to do all the operations, there are 2 tools fixed, out of whihc the 1st tool Dose Boring, Turining and Facing, Whereas the 2nd tool works as Threading tool.
Toolings pecifically plays important role in the machninng of parts, you need to take care of tool manufactureres during the selection. Few Tool Suppliers are Special in NON Ferrous and few suppliers are good in Ferrous material.
It all depends upon the material which you want to machine in the CNC lahte. This lather is and Vertical type of machine.
