One of our customer Throws a Challenge to our team. LIFE WAS MADE EASY after the Challenge cracked. We went directly to witness the process they were manufacturing. The challenge was tough initially to crack They want to increase production.
We made designed a machine from the scratch. Step by step, everywhere we eradicated the skilled man power. starting form Feeding the part, how human will do and how to replicate with a machine to do it automatically. The process was a great learning.
1st stage - input all the parts in the Feeding system.
2nd stage - line up all the parts.
3rd Stage - single it to feed into the machine
4th Stage - position exactly,
5th Stage - move the ejected part and Feed new part
