Billet Chamfering
Billet Forging machines are required for all hot forging companies. Small Billets or Big Billets, the weight may vary from 10 grams to 10 Kg Billets, it has to be in right size cut length. the Chamfering has to be perfect, very important the weight of the billets to be controlled accordingly.
Our Billets chamfering machine dose chamfer both sides from 2 to 3 mm to ease in forging operation in a cycle time of less than 6 to 10 seconds . High Speed Billet Chamfering machine are required for both Hot Forging and Cold Forging operations.
