Bar Cutting and Chamfering Machines are used to cut the excess Length of the Bar. These bars are Manufactured in the Blooming Mill, Steel Alloy Manufacturing Plants.
Bar manufactured are straightned and are moved to this machine for cutting the excess material. Excess mater are cut from the Bars, it amy be 15 mm to 100 mm per side, depending upon the manufacturing process.
Circular Saw cutting are used to cut the Bars. The curcular Saw cutting machine runs in the vertical direction as per the material movement in the machine. The Cutting Spindle is driven by Geared Motor to do the cutting. Bars Cutting are placed in the Rollers and the length are measured.
Bar Chamfering is the next process involved where the bars are fixed in the V block and the Chamfereing is done.
All the Bars are rolled towords the soft landing area of Bars after the Bars are Cut to Length and Chamfer is done as per the size required.
