BAR CUTTING AND CHAMFERING MACHINE
This is a bar cutting chamfering machine which is used in the Blooing Mill for Bar Cutting and Chamfering.
Bars will be loaded from Straightning machine directly or straighten bars will be loaded. in this Bar Cutting machine, the Total Length of the bar is cut and maintained from 8 meters to the required length of 6 to 3 meters depending upon the requirement.
After the bar is cut form the first side, the bar is transfered to next stage for Chamfering. The bar then moved to the opposite side station and the machine is will do the same operations are worked the other side.
Then all the bars are stored in the machine unloading station. Blooing mill where the pipe can be cut in similar type of machine.
