The baler spring-making machine operates in three stages. In the first stage, a bulk feeder system loads and accelerates the wire, bending each part, which is then collected. In the second stage, the first bent parts are fed into the machine, where a servo system and gearbox bend the springs as programmed. The completed parts are collected at the machine\'s bottom. In the final stage, springs are bent using a hydraulic press. Parts are fed and bent manually within set limits.
