Our Keyway Milling Machine is a heavy-duty, high-precision solution

Designed for duplex keyway milling on shafts ranging from 12mm to 20mm diameter, supporting slot sizes from 2.3mm to 6mm. Built on a rigid fabricated square tube structure with a metal base enclosure and powder-coated finish, the machine ensures long-term durability and vibration-free performance. It features two milling heads powered by 3 kW AC motors with gearboxes, along with dual 0.7 kW servo slides for precise movement control. The system is equipped with THK make LM guideways and ball screws, including 3-meter slide arrangements for smooth linear travel. Servo-controlled feeding, depth adjustment, and puller-pusher mechanisms ensure accurate machining and efficient shaft handling. 

The machine offers manual loading and automatic unloading with 3mm travel control, along with one set of tooling and one component fixture included. Electrical and control systems include Innovance servo controls, PLC and HMI configuration, Schneider switch gears, LAPP cables, a fully integrated electrical panel board, automatic lubrication system, coolant tank, and chip conveyor. 

The cutting feed rate is 300 mm/min with HSS tools and 400–500 mm/min with carbide tools. While duplex milling is supported for double-side keyways (12mm dia – 3.2mm slot), slight rough finishing may occur depending on material and parameters. 

The machine comes with a 1-year standard warranty, followed by service warranty support from the second year onward, making it a reliable and efficient solution for automotive and precision shaft manufacturers seeking consistent performance and production efficiency.
