Heat sink Assembly Machine Welcome to Iyalia engineering. This is Heat sink assembly machine with I C. We need to put all part automatically including screwing it. Only I C has to be fed manually, because its a dedicated part and can be damaged. Heat sink and the Screws are fed from Bowl Feeder. First one screw is assembled and then Conductive material is applied. IC is placed manually and once again both the screws are tightened. Then the finished Heat sink is taken out of machine.

Steel Bar Cutting & Chamfering

Duplex Bar Cutting and Chamfering Machine 8 meters Bars will be loaded and is pushed into cutting and Chamfering system. Total length is checked with Servo system and excess material from the first side is cut from the Bar. Then the next operation is to do the Chamfering at the cut end. Same Cutting and Chamfering operations are performed at other side of the bar end. After cutting and Chamfering of the bars, finally the bars are collected in the soft cradle. It will be bundled there and taken out of machine sent to dispatch area with the help of crane. This Cutting and Chamfering machine is used in Blooming Mill. After the straightening of the bars, these Cutting and Chamfering operations are done.
