Then the next operation is to do the Chamfering at the cut end. Same Cutting and Chamfering operations are performed at other side of the bar end. After cutting and Chamfering of the bars, finally the bars are collected in the soft cradle. It will be bundled there and taken out of machine sent to dispatch area with the help of crane. This Cutting and Chamfering machine is used in Blooming Mill. After the straightening of the bars, these Cutting and Chamfering operations are done.
